Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists with performing building maintenance including plumbing carpentry and light electrical work and hvac.
  • Assists with performing electronic record-keeping related to preventative maintenance and repairs.
  • Assists with maintaining company vehicles by scheduling repairs cleaning and light mechanical work.
  • Operates various grounds equipment and assists with janitorial duties.
  • Hang and patch small holes in sheetrock Hang patch and finish sheetrock.
  • Layout and installation of grid and tile for acoustical ceiling metal framing and flooring in office space.
  • Conduct monthly maintenance inspections
  • Install repair and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.
  • Install repair and maintain hvac systems and components.
  • Setup pouring and finishing of concrete.
  • The ability to handle stress and work well with others are essential functions of this position.
  • Performs any other related duties as required or assigned.
  • Due to our obligation to provide continuous reliable electric service to our customers the ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance and the ability to work outside your regularly scheduled office hours when necessary is an essential function of the job.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future.

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED plus 3 years related experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATES LICENSES REGISTRATIONS

Valid Drivers License required.
