About the Role:
Engineering Managers at AlayaCare lead a team of engineers dedicated to product development and in the development and maintenance of features in our flagship SaaS application.
Engineering Managers cultivate a strong team identity with personalized coaching and mentoring. They use their understanding of the AlayaCare business to ensure that context and impact are clear and keep everyone accountable with aggressive-but-realistic delivery plans.
About the Project:
We are seeking a technical and people-driven Engineering Manager to lead the 2 development teams responsible for AlayaCares flagship mobile applications. This area is at the heart of how care workers deliver services in the fieldthrough a mobile app that enables clocking in and out managing visits capturing clinical documentation communicating with supervisors and navigating day-to-day workflows on both iOS and Android.
You will be responsible for driving both technical excellence and team development helping AlayaCare scale its product offerings while maintaining a high standard of reliability performance and impact for our customers.

AlayaCare supports a flexible hybrid working model expecting that our employees have a regular in-office presence at their closest office location while offering flexibility for some remote work. Our team encourages in-person collaboration and with this the preferred candidate location for this position would be within the Greater MontrealArea.
