Mission:
We are looking for an Senior Project Manager to manage and coordinate all technical activities related to the integration of systems within our S/4HANA implementation. The ideal candidate will have experience in SAP integrations a strong technical background and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration processes.
Your responsibilities:
- Integration Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive integration strategy that aligns with the overall S/4HANA project objectives and timelines.
- Technical Coordination: Coordinate technical activities between internal teams and external vendors ensuring alignment on integration requirements and deliverables.
- System Architecture: Collaborate with solution architects to define the integration architecture and design ensuring compatibility across all systems.
- Data Management: Oversee data migration processes including data extraction transformation and loading (ETL) activities ensuring data integrity and quality.
- Issue Resolution: Identify troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues during implementation and post-go-live support.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes workflows and configurations for future reference and audits.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for technical integration discussions providing updates and insights to stakeholders.
To succeed in this role youll need a positive attitude and the following:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field; masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT integration roles with a focus on SAP projects particularly S/4HANA.
- Proven experience in managing technical teams and coordinating cross-functional IT activities.
- Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish
Preferred Skills:
- SAP certification in relevant modules or integration technologies.
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
