What youll be doing

In this role you will work 100% on one of our key pharmaceutical clients

  • Supporting project managers with administrative tasks including reporting budget updates and scheduling
  • Uploading documents and data to platforms like Cvent ensuring accuracy and adherence to client processes
  • Ensuring all compliance requirements are met and correctly documented
  • Maintaining and improving structured reporting tools and documentation
  • Assist with venue travel and resource coordination
  • Maintain and update project folders and documentation
  • Manage vendor contracts and logistics

    Must haves

    (We really mean it. Candidates who do not meet the following criteria will not be considered.)

    • 2 to 5 years of experience including relevant experience in the event industry
    • Experience and good understanding of event regulations within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry.
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital event platforms and delegate management tools (particularly Cvent)
    • Fluency in spoken and written English & Spanish
    • Detailed oriented and organized
    • Based in Madrid

    Nice to haves

    • Fluency in German or French (in addition to English and Spanish)
    • Event agency experience
