Position Overview:
We are looking for a Junior Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Officer to join our site-based team at a mineral project in central Thailand. This role is ideal for a motivated new graduate or early-career professional seeking hands-on experience in HSE within the mining and drilling industry. The Junior HSE Officer will support daily safety compliance conduct workplace inspections assist with safety briefings and help drive a proactive safety culture on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and maintenance of on-site HSE systems and procedures.
- Conduct daily site inspections and hazard identification activities.
- Participate in toolbox talks safety briefings and assist with incident response.
- Monitor proper use of PPE and report unsafe conditions or practices.
- Maintain accurate logs checklists and safety documentation.
- Assist in emergency drills and safety training programs.
- Coordinate with operations teams to improve health and safety awareness.
- Bachelor s degree in Geology Mining Engineering Industrial Engineering Environmental Science or a related field.
- Open to fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with industrial or mining operations is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Thai HSE regulations and practices preferred.
- Energetic detail-oriented and eager to learn.
- Preferably located in or near Phichit Province or willing to relocate.
- Able to work on-site in outdoor and field conditions.
