Job Description
Were supporting a modern leading law firm thats quietly reshaping how legal teams support private capital. This isnt just another funds role - its a chance to work directly with top-tier VC and PE clients advising them on fund formation secondaries and innovative cross-border structures.
Tasks
- Advising fund managers on structuring and launching investment funds
- Supporting LPs on investments into PE VC and other alternative assets
- Drafting and negotiating fund documentation and secondary transactions
- Working cross-functionally with regulatory and tax teams
Requirements
- German-qualified lawyer with 27 years PQE
- Strong experience in investment funds corporate or regulatory law
- Commercial mindset and client-facing confidence
- Fluent in German comfortable working in English
- A desire to shape deals not just process them
