Schedule:
Total hours: 40 hours per week or 8 hours per day
Monday - Friday
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM QLD Australia time (or 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Manila time)
With 1 hour unpaid break in between

The client is an occupational therapy business with the following key characteristics:
Company has been operating for 5-6 years
Previously focused on face-to-face services with inbound marketing lead generation
Now focusing on outbound sales and outreach for new products
Responsibilities:
Contact Queensland childcare centres from the provided lead list (1400 contacts)
Verify centres eligibility for government funding for professional development
Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and occupational therapists
Generate and research new leads (approximately 50% of the time)
Send information packets to interested centres
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Conduct follow-up calls with prospects
Build rapport with childcare centre staff and managers
Requirements
Background in early childhood education is strongly preferred
Experience working with Australian business clients is preferred
Strong communication skills with a neutral accent
Ability to understand and articulate educational challenges and solutions
Professional phone manner and strong relationship-building skills
Experience with CRM systems
Ability to work during Australian business hours
