This is a remote position.
We are is seeking for technical minded Project Coordinator for one of our IT Service Management Client. The position will work within a collaborative team environment. This position s primary job function performs all the coordination and tasks required in client maintenance and professional service requests. This role takes critical thinking and attention to detail.
- Create project plans timelines and roadmaps to ensure deadlines are met and projects are kept within budget.
- Manage monitor and maintain all project related activities such as deadlines equipment manpower and profits for each project.
- Manage server deployments for new clients ensuring constant communication and client s needs are met.
- Follow up with clients after deployment to fulfill any additional expected deliverables.
- Support deployments for Hosted servers from data gathering installation and deployment.
- Constantly seeking ways to improve customer experience during the deployment process.
- Reporting and escalating project related concerns to management and sales.
- Scheduling hosting and facilitating initial and ongoing project related meetings.
- Effective communication with clients vendors engineers sales and management.
Requirements
- Certification in Project Management (PMP Scrum Master)
- Customer services focused
- Experience in leading projects
- Critical thinker Personable (good presentation skills)
- Strong skills in leadership adaptability and collaboration
- Able to meet Key Performance Indicators (e.g. project delivery client CSAT SLAs)
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to respond to customers in an expeditious manner
- Live calls with customers as maintenance or troubleshooting where required
- Must be capable of managing 15-25 concurrent technology related projects effectively.
- Exceptional spoken and written English
- Basic SIP knowledge a plus
- Basic to intermediate Networking terminology a plus
- Competency in Microsoft suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Experience with Jira Confluence a plus
