Job Description
Job Title: Heavy Vehicle Electrician
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Electrician with expertise in heavy vehicles and equipment. The ideal candidate should possess practical experience in identifying and resolving electrical system issues in trucks trailers and heavy machinery utilizing computerized diagnostic equipment.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Utilize computer-based diagnostic systems to identify electrical faults in trucks trailers and heavy equipment.
- Repair and upkeep of electrical systems encompassing wiring lighting and control units.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on truck air conditioning systems.
- Identify and resolve issues related to air pressure systems in trucks and heavy equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper functioning of all electrical components.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely and efficient repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and diagnostics.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as an electrician in the heavy vehicle and equipment sector.
- Proficiency in utilizing computer diagnostic tools and software.
- Thorough understanding of truck and trailer electrical systems including air conditioning and air pressure systems.

3 years of experience with Shopify - MUST HAVE 5+ years of experience in software development Experience with Liquid or PHP templating Understanding of application languages (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) Intermediate knowledge of JavaScript libraries (VueJS, NodeJs, Grunt, Bower, Webpack, CommonJS, RequireJS, PrototypeJS, jQuery, Gulp) Basic understanding of LESS and SASS Understanding of code versioning tools such as Git Works well in a collaborative environment Excellent written and oral communication skills in English is a MUST
