Job Description

Company Overview:

Front Door is a logistics innovator designed to solve last-mile and middle-mile delivery challenges. Specializing in fulfilling FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) we empower businesses by bridging the gap between their operations and end customers offering scalable reliable and customer-centric logistics solutions.


Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven and strategic Business Development to join our growing team. This role will focus on expanding our client base enhancing partnerships and supporting the growth of our middle-mile delivery services and FMCG fulfillment operations.


Key Responsibilities:


Identify and pursue new business opportunities with FMCG companies e-commerce platforms and logistics partners.


Conduct client meetings (onsite and virtual) to present Front Door s value proposition and tailored delivery solutions.


Analyze market trends customer needs and competitor activities to guide strategic outreach.


Develop and implement sales plans; maintain an active pipeline and deliver regular updates to senior management.


Support the achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets and overall revenue goals.


Collaborate with operations and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Requirements


Bachelor s degree in Business Supply Chain Logistics or a related field.

5 years of experience in sales or business development preferably in FMCG logistics e-commerce fulfillment or B2B logistics services.

Strong communication and negotiation skills with a client-first mindset.

Analytical thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Must have a valid driver s license and MUST HAVE A CAR.

3PL experience is a must whether in sales or operations.
