Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative AI Remote Collaborator to work with our team in utilizing artificial intelligence tools to enhance productivity, generate content, support data-driven decision-making, and streamline business processes. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and comfort with technology to collaborate on various projects across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams to support tasks using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL.

  E, Notion AI, etc.

• Assist in creating or refining written content, presentations, reports, or research using AI support.

• Generate AI-assisted graphics, text, video, or audio content depending on project requirements.

• Support ideation and brainstorming by using AI to propose options, solutions, or innovations.

• Provide feedback and fine-tune AI outputs for quality, tone, clarity, or relevance.

• Analyze and summarize large datasets or documents using AI-enhanced tools.

• Stay updated with the latest AI tools and trends to recommend relevant solutions to the team.

• Document processes and share best practices for efficient AI collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Technology, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

• Prior experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper, Notion AI, Canva AI, etc.).

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setting.

• Proficiency in using productivity and collaboration platforms like Google Workspace, Slack, Trello, or Asana.

• Detail-oriented, with a creative and adaptive mindset.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Experience with AI prompt engineering or basic scripting (e.g., Python, APIs).

• Familiarity with content creation (writing, editing, graphic design, video).

• Background in digital marketing, UX/UI, data analysis, or product development.
