So what will I be doing you ask Well this is where it gets really exciting. Youll provide end to end recruitment support for a client group that is front and centre in delivering AFCAs purpose every day.

As the Recruitment and Careers Consultant you will partner with leaders to devise and execute creative fit for purpose sourcing and assessment strategies. You will act as the key contact for our candidates ensuring a best in market experience and youll get involved in creating and running assessment centres with an opportunity to utilise your creative side with some exciting project work. 

This is a 12 week contract commencing immediately.

So what do you need to set you up for success at AFCA.

  • Ideally youll immediately available for an initial 3 month contract. There may be opportunities beyond the 3 month mark but we cant promise sorry.
  • You will thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment (this really is a busy high volume role).
  • You will be curious motivated and eager to learn.
  • Youll love what you do and be eager to bring your energy enthusiasm and creativity to AFCA.
  • Youll be at your happiest in a closely knit team environment.
  • In terms of experience this role is suited to candidate who has worked in a high-volume recruitment environment (could be either agency or inhouse)
  • If you have experience or an interest in Employer Branding and would love to support with some key projects even better!
