We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Charlotte. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients ensuring their questions and concerns are handled efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone email and in-person
Resolve product and service issues promptly and accurately
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
Collaborate with internal departments to provide timely solutions
Assist in identifying trends in customer feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred)
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office)
Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
