We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Advertising Assistant to support our advertising department in the development coordination and execution of marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who is eager to learn thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for advertising and brand communication.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and coordination of advertising campaigns across various platforms.
Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
Support account managers with administrative tasks reports and research.
Coordinate with creative and production teams to ensure brand consistency.
Track campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.
Maintain up-to-date client records and campaign documentation.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input when needed.
Ensure compliance with branding guidelines and advertising standards.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Communications or a related field preferred.
1-2 years of experience in an administrative or advertising-related role is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
