We are currently seeking a Media Planner to join our growing team in Charlotte NC. The Media Planner will be responsible for developing effective media strategies and plans across traditional and digital channels. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset a deep understanding of media landscapes and a passion for connecting the right message with the right audience.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic media plans that align with client objectives and budgets
Analyze and interpret media performance data to optimize campaign results
Collaborate with the creative and account teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution
Negotiate with media vendors to secure optimal placement and pricing
Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness providing insights and recommendations
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of media trends technologies and industry developments
Manage timelines and media budgets to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Communications or related field
2 years of experience in media planning preferably in an agency setting
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Proficiency with media planning tools and platforms (e.g. Google Ads Nielsen comScore)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
