Job Description:
We are hiring IT Associate Project Managers to join our growing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in IT project management or coordination with exposure to AI & technology-driven projects. This role offers a chance to be part of innovative high-impact solutions in the IT and artificial intelligence space.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the planning coordination and execution of IT and AI-based projects under the guidance of senior project managers.
Work closely with software developers AI/ML engineers QA teams and business stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
Monitor project timelines deliverables and dependencies to ensure successful execution.
Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports timelines and communication logs.
Facilitate meetings sprint reviews and daily stand-ups within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT project management coordination or a similar role.
Hands-on experience or exposure to AI machine learning or software development projects is preferred.
Understanding of SDLC Agile and project management tools (e.g. Jira Trello Asana Confluence).
Strong communication problem-solving and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word).
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT Engineering or related field.
Project management certifications such as CAPM PMP or Scrum Master are an advantage.
Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts cloud platforms (AWS Azure) or data analytics tools is a plus.
