Job Description
As a Cost Control Systems Specialist youll play a critical role in managing project finances ensuring efficiency and supporting high-level decision-making. Working closely with senior team members and the cost lead youll bring expertise in data integration cost reporting and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Develop & Maintain Cost Control Systems Oversee financial data management and ensure accuracy in reporting.
Support the Cost Lead Provide technical and analytical assistance to streamline cost control processes.
Integrate Cost Management Systems Ensure cost systems align with broader project controls and reporting.
Quality & Timeliness Deliver high-quality reports and updates within strict deadlines.
Collaborate with Stakeholders Work alongside clients project teams and industry leaders to drive efficiency
Qualifications :
10 years of experience (with at least 5 years in Cost Control Systems)
Bachelors degree or equivalent industry experience
Strong knowledge of cost control and project controls
Proficiency in cost management software CMS EcoSys Aconex
Experience in Infrastructure (marine shipyards civil) & Defence sectors
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects at various delivery stages
Stakeholder coordination & strong communication skills
