We are seeking a full-time Janitor Lead who is passionate about creating clean organized and safe environments for our clients. Youll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout your assigned client sites while working with a supportive team that values excellence and integrity.

$22 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and develop personnel
- Competent in all janitorial skills and entry-level requirements
- Fill-in for janitors who are absent due to vacation sickness or other reasons
- Perform weekly inspections with or for the Project Manager or Operations Manager
- Responsible for reviewing weekly inspects with onsite janitorial staff
- Effective communication with Operations Manager and Project Manager of all conditions existing on site
- Assist in organizing and supervising on-going operations
- Vacuuming sweeping and mopping of flooring and stairs.
- Maintain clean and sanitize bathrooms and break rooms throughout facilities.
- Empty all trash cans and replace liners clean receptacles as necessary.
- Dusting and cleaning facilities
- Maintain positive work relations with client(s)

- 2 years of cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning products and best practices is preferred but not required
- Access to reliable transportation
- Successful completion of a fingerprint background check
