Were relaunching our Salesforce Practice in Australia and were looking for an exceptional Salesforce Practice Functional Director to help shape its future as the technology landscape continues to evolve at a rapidly changing pace.
As part of a leading digital agency our current Salesforce team blends creativity CX thinking and technical excellence. We need a passionate people-first leader to guide our functional consultants elevate delivery quality and drive real business outcomes for our clients.
What Youll Do:
- Lead and grow a team of Salesforce functional consultants across multiple clouds (e.g. Sales Service Experience Data).
- Act as the strategic functional lead across key client engagements ensuring design excellence and client satisfaction.
- Partner with the Salesforce executive team and internal stakeholders to define value propositions and go-to-market offerings.
- Help shape recruitment mentoring and capability uplift strategies across the practice.
- Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutionsand bring the best of our creative agency DNA into every engagement.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in Salesforce consultingideally in a leadership or principal functional role.
- Expertise across multiple Salesforce clouds with deep knowledge of at least one (Sales Service Experience or Marketing).
- A passion for mentoring coaching and uplifting teamsnot just managing.
- Strong client engagement skills from pre-sales through delivery.
- Salesforce certifications from Associate to Administration levels.
