A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As an Assembler 2 at MKS Instruments you will partner with Internal Teams and Engineering in supporting assemblies requiring experience in hand soldering. You will report to Manufacturing Manager Helena Bettencourt.
You Will Make an Impact By:
Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic Electro-mechanical and mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies
Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring component installation and hand soldering.
Makes set-ups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications
May be responsible for testing equipment and products
Candidates must have soldering experience
Skills You Bring:
Preferred Skills: (Optional)
Surface quality inspection for S/D (scratch/dig) per Mil Standards
Measure component tolerances for size and thickness using calipers.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
Able to sit or stand for extended periods of time
Lift up to 10lbs
Operate in a manufacturing environment adherence to safety company rules.
