Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced SBU Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. In this role the selected candidate will be responsible for servicing a book of business cross-selling and delivering exceptional customer service. This position offers excellent growth opportunities with significant potential for career advancement.
Responsibilities
- Service a book of business and provide consultative advice to clients
- Cross-sell and market additional services to customers
- Use third-party processing for policy checking claims follow-up and endorsements
- Perform daily tasks using Applied EPIC software
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
- Experience with monoline property business
- Proficiency with Applied EPIC software
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
