Position Responsibilities:
Develop configure and administer Salesforce platform and integrate with other Amazon databases/systems. Maintain the companys relationship with and lead the setup and administration of Salesforce Unlimited. Build customized solutions on the platform including development in Lightning Visualforce Apex Java AJAX JavaScript and other technologies. Create design specs and configure objects fields and functionality. Gather and evaluate complex business and technical requirements and communicate security risks and solutions to technical and non-technical business owners. Set best practices including application development and integration deployment testing (unit and systems) and iterative refinement. Perform technical analysis level-of-effort estimation design development and implementation of applications with necessary customizations and integration. Seek out ways to utilize to improve processes and productivity and make recommendations to support rapid organizational scaling. Perform systems maintenance environment refresh and data integration. Stay current with Salesforce releases and corresponding documentation.
Position Requirements:
Masters degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered as a Salesforce Platform Developer or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered as a Salesforce Platform Developer or a related occupation. Must have one year of experience in the following skills: 1) designing coding testing debugging and maintaining software applications; 2) experience with integrations third-party integration tools and integration patterns using REST SOAP JSON XML or related; 3) understanding of Salesforce Architecture Salesforce APIs and Salesforce CRM; 4) using ETL with Salesforce; 5) creating custom components within Salesforce Lightning Design System; and 6) presenting data to business and technical teams. Partial telecommuting permitted; employees will be required to report to office multiple days per week.
