Position Summary
The Associate Director of Donor Operations primarily reports to the director of donor operations. Among other priorities this position will work on Principal Gifts leadership visits with a focus on St. Louis-based prospects prioritizing the best principal gift and pipeline prospects for leadership interaction and planning and executing those interactions.
Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage donor meetings for university leadership (chancellor EVC) with a special focus on the program for St. Louis-based principal gift prospects. Represent St. Louis prospects during leadership visit planning recommending and prioritizing principal gift and pipeline prospects for university leaders. Collaborate with the Board of Trustees (BOT) office and UA school and program partners to strategically capitalize on donor engagement on campus and in St. Louis.
- Manage and execute all aspects of St. Louis-based and digital leadership visits from planning through follow up. This includes working with UA colleagues the chancellors office and the EVC office to schedule visits setting deadlines drafting visit profiles and executive briefings and managing all leadership visit follow-up.
- Manage all reporting and data for Principal Gifts (PrG). Includes but not limited to projected & received gift reports for university leadership (chancellor EVC BOT) OKR/goal tracking & reporting for PrG and the chancellor annual summaries roadmap ARCH updates etc. Serve as PrG-ARCH liaison partner with ARCH to build PrG best practices & reports represent PrG in ARCH decisions. Train PrG staff on data & ARCH best practices for PrG.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

$58400.00 - $99700.00 / Annually
The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including ones qualifications and performance equity with others in the department market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
