The System Analyst will be based in Coimbatore reporting to Manager. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with business clients on a granular level and work through difficult business issues.
What a typical day looks like:
- Ability to facilitate meetings among stakeholders with diverse and sometimes conflicting points of view including strong negotiation skills and developing strong client and vendor relationships.
- Experience in managing projects using Agile methodology.
- Define the outcome for sprints and releases and prioritizes the initiatives for the scrum teams.
- Strong capabilities in defining creating and managing high quality user stories.
- Conduct sprint planning meetings scrum sprint demos and retrospective meetings with onshore and offshore teams.
The experience were looking to add to our team:
- Experience in performing detailed data analysis including ability to create run and modify SQL queries to pull data from source databases for data analysis and mapping activities.
- This role is aligned to be working closely customers and the implementation team. So having excellent communication skills is necessary.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including presentation and documentation skills (Excel Visio PowerPoint etc.)
- Ability to work independently adapt quickly and maintain a positive attitude.
- Ensure standards compliance and institutionalization of best practice.
- Should understand quickly about companys business practices and familiarity with the companys products and service.
