ManpowerGroup Greece on behalf of its client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Resort Operations Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our luxury resort in Mykonos.

The successful candidate will ensure an exceptional guest experience while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality service and operational efficiency. As the Operations Manager you will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction managing teams and optimizing the resorts performance in a highly competitive market.

Location: Athens/Mykonos Greece

Reporting to: Head of Hospitality

Full-time year-round job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creates a schedule of necessary tasks for the pre-opening supervises execution and makes corrective actions if needed.
  • Welcomes guests performs check-ins according to resort standards and guide them to their apartment.
  • Communicates daily with guests addresses issues and fulfills requests.
  • Conducts check-outs and gathers feedback on the guest experience.
  • Performs administrative tasks like day-end closing invoicing filing documents and updating internal systems.
  • Coordinates the receipt of materials and services in collaboration with the Procurement department.
  • Participates in the selection of staff in collaboration with the HR department.
  • Organizes and conducts staff training sessions.
  • Ensures compliance with the groups Policies & Procedures health and safety regulations and environmental standards.
  • Reports incidents and issues to Management and the relevant departments according to procedures.
  • Collaborates with the resorts Safety Officer to ensure compliance with safety regulations.



Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree from a Higher Education Institution with a focus on Tourism or Hospitality Management.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in PMS PROTEL is a mandatory requirement.
  • Familiarity with online booking systems.
  • Knowledge of the OPERA software is a plus.
  • Fluency in Greek and English (both spoken and written).
