Candidate Manager (Europe Focus)
Location: Hybrid London

What youll be doing:
- Source top-tier candidates proactively via LinkedIn referrals as well as reactively through direct applications. This is a very proactive position and you can expect more than 75% of your candidates to come from proactive searching.
- Support consultants on live searches as well as building talent pools within key locations.
- You will become the candidate expert on the team. This will include answering candidate questions about the market joining Consultants on Client meetings and advising the team on the candidate landscape.
- Juggling multiple briefs and managing expectations calmly youll know how to split your time and stay focused.
- Communicating clearly and regularly whether youre in the office or working remotely.
