Your Tasks:
Inbound Lead Qualification:
Follow up on inbound leads assess their needs and conduct discovery calls
Collaborate with marketing to understand lead sources and nurture campaigns
Outbound Prospecting:
Conduct targeted outreach via email LinkedIn and phone to engage potential customers
Research target accounts and decision-makers focusing on warmed-up prospects
Cold Calling and Outreach:
Generate new leads through cold calls and personalized outreach strategies
Overcome objections and effectively communicate our value proposition
Pipeline Development:
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure seamless handovers to the sales team
Work with account executives to prioritize high-quality opportunities and meet quotas
Collaboration and Improvement:
Partner with sales and marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies
Analyze performance share insights and stay updated on industry trends
Your Profile:
Successfully completed studies in business administration sales marketing or comparable commercial training
1-2 years of professional experience in sales lead generation customer acquisition or a related role
Proven success in identifying qualifying and engaging potential customers with a focus on building long-term relationships
Strong communication skills with a passion for customer interaction and a service-oriented mindset
Results-driven with a resilient motivated attitude to excel in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce; experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus
A structured independent work style with a high degree of initiative and accountability
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
