Your Role in Shaping the Future
- Contribute to a variety of projects across industries by creating visually compelling and user-centered digital experiences
- Design clean consistent and scalable user interfaces and support the development of robust design systems
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (PMs developers service designers and more) to align UI with business and user goals
- Support the design process from early research and ideation through to high-fidelity mockups and developer handoff
- Participate in co-creation workshops and internal sessions to define visual direction and translate insights into design concepts
- Create detailed wireframes user flows and interactive prototypes with a strong focus on usability and aesthetics
- Engage in project work from start to finish helping shape the UI and addressing design challenges along the way
- You enjoy analysing user insights UX/UI trends and user stories
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design practice tools and processes
- Actively participate in team knowledge-sharing fostering a collaborative and supportive design culture
- Stay up to date on AI UX and UI trends visual design innovations and the evolving role of AI in the design process and bring those insights to the table
Your Value-Add
- 2 years of experience with a focus on UX/UI or digital design in an agile & digital environment
- Fluency in English (German is a plus but not a requirement).
- A proactive mindset comfortable exploring the unknown and driving new service offerings.
- You work systematically with complex problems to align them with a strategic direction: Great experiences embrace above user also business and technical needs to thrive
- Detail-oriented and a champion of good ideas whether they come from yourself or others
- You are a visualizer breaking down visions and ideas into tangible protoypes or emotional presentations to delight our customers and let them experience how their future product could look lie
