Whats on offer
You will have full project oversight for ensuring safety cost quality and time targets are met. Based in Sydney and servicing the Infrastructure Services Civil Services team you will oversee the subcontractors deliverables and report to senior management on the performance of your scope of works. We will look to you to:
- Deliver projects in accordance with contractual obligations and company policies/procedures;
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal & external stakeholders;
- Lead & support a culture of Living Safely and oversee HSEQ compliance;
- Project Management including programming/scheduling contractual administration procurement and technical aspects;
- Financials including monthly reviews progress claims cost valuations budgets and forecasting.
You have a Bachelors in civil engineering with 5 years experience in estimating and delivery management of both construct only and Design and construct structures projects. As this is a leadership role you will need to bring a mentoring and coaching mindset to developing and growing your teams capability and productivity. Your advanced communication skill and extensive experience in liaising with subcontractors will see you succeed in this role. The role will require travel to projects across Sydney metro area.
