Please note that this role requires Full-Time Working Rights in Australia to be considered.
Position Summary:
- Join our Ladies and Gentlemen in preparing and executing banquet service with precision and care
- Assist in the setup and organization of food preparation for a variety of event types
- Prepare and plate dishes in alignment with event requirements and guest expectations
- Maintain a clean well-organized section to support seamless banquet operations
- Support the culinary team in delivering high-quality food consistently and efficiently
- Uphold food safety hygiene and brand standards at all times
About You:
- Completion of a Commercial Cookery Qualification or equivalent
- Experience in banquet or high-volume event environments preferred
- Passionate about culinary excellence and delivering refined service
- Self-motivated adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced team environment
- Holds full working rights in Australia (required)
- Eager to grow within a world-class culinary team
- Brings a positive attitude strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
