Fityzs Waterford is growing and were on the hunt for an Assistant Venue Manager to join our team. As Assistant Venue Manager youll work side-by-side with the Venue Manager to keep things running smoothly. From leading the floor to supporting the team and ensuring every guest has a top-tier experience youll be at the heart of the action.

Essential requirements:
- Have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
- Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
- Experience in developing and executing operational procedures
- Extensive restaurant & bar experience
- Strong experience working in a gaming venue
- Knowledge of TAB and wagering
- Ability to train and develop staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experience
- Ensuring policies procedures and standards are current effective and clearly communicated
- Current RSA RSG RMLV & Approved Managers license
- CLO - Desirable not necessary
