You will be contacted directly by the facility after applying to this County Regional Healthcare a Duke Lifepoint Hospital in Galax Virginia (60min from Winston-Salem and 90min from Roanoke) is growing with the addition of an employed part-time Pain Clinic APP to strengthen our established new graduates welcome to apply!Position Detail:THREE DAY WORK WEEK!Outpatient onlyCurrent provider 4-5 days a month in officeJoint Injections common for day-to-dayAverage 18 patients/day8:00am to 5:00pm. Days are negotiable. Prefer at least Monday and Tuesday when provider is in office.
