Salary and Benefits
- The Salary Range for this Position is $110000 to $120000
- Health insurance - $102.57 bi-weekly

Responsibilities
- Function in both an operational and clinical capacity
- Provide clinical supervision
- Onboarding training and ongoing support to BCBAs and BCBA Interns
- Recruiting and interviewing for BCBAs BCBA Inters BTs and RBTs
- May be required to attend and/or review sessions sign off on notes to ensure caseload requirements are met
- Provides clinical guidance and mentorship daily
Requirements
- Maintain status as an active BCBA with approval to supervise
- Minimum 5 years experience working directly with children diagnosed with autism and/or intellectual/developmental delays
- Desire to Work with Children Parents and Other Professionals
- Safety-Care or Safety-Care for Families Specialist Certification or ability to complete training requirements in the first month of employment
