Job Summary
The Early Alert Manager oversees the management tracking and assessment of the institutions early alert system to ensure timely and effective interventions for vulnerable students. This position serves as the departmental specialist for case routing engagement tracking and intervention follow-up within various platforms including:
The Early Alert Manager collaborates with faculty staff and intervention specialists to ensure early alerts lead to meaningful student support. Additionally the EAM assists the Director with intervention data reporting and analysis evaluates the effectiveness of outreach efforts and informs strategic decision-making.
