Normal Work Schedule:Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Job Summary:The Bulk Mail Assistant sets up and operates the equipment and software necessary to fulfill the mailing needs of customers of the Bulk Mail unit in University Printing. Processes mail list to obtain lowest possible postage rates. Utilizes digital envelop press to produce envelopes for customers. Operates and performs light maintenance to keep equipment and processes efficient. Prepares proper USPS and accounting forms and submits in a timely manner. Coordinates orders with other University Printing personnel.
Required Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Excel files. Knowledge of USPS procedures. Experience in a deadline driven production environment. Printing bindery mail or production manufacturing experience.
