Job Description
Description of the role:
Regency Care of Silver Spring is seeking a dedicated Activities Aide to join our team. The Activities Aide will be responsible for organizing and leading various recreational activities for our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging activities for residents
- Assist with organizing events and outings
- Provide support and encouragement to residents during activities
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for recreational activities
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
