Job Description

Work Flexibility: Remote or Hybrid or Onsite

What you will do:

  • Lead the development and execution of Strykers global workplace design strategy to foster a flexible inclusive and agile work culture

  • Oversee design projects from concept to post-occupancy evaluation across multiple global locations ensuring alignment with the Stryker Workplace Design Guidelines

  • Direct internal and external design teams to deliver innovative purpose-driven workspaces that align with brand values and business goals

  • Use data from surveys workplace studies and analytics to guide design decisions and continuously optimize space utilization.

  • Coordinate with Strykers Construction PMO team on project work to ensure adherence to project timelines budgets and quality standards

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR IT EHS Security and other corporate functions to ensure cohesive and inclusive project planning

  • Work with Stryker Real Estate & Facilities team to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of workplace initiatives

  • Support management efforts communicating the purpose and benefits of workplace transitions to employees

What you need:

Required:

  • Bachelors or graduate degree in Architecture Interior Design Business or a related field

  • Minimum of 8 years experience in workplace design corporate real estate or facilities management

  • Proven success designing and implementing activity-based and flexible work environments

  • Strong leadership skills in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex global projects

  • Experience with workplace analytics and using data to inform design decisions

  • Knowledge of corporate construction management practices

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred:

  • Relevant industry certifications or licenses (e.g. LEED WELL NCIDQ)

  • Experience leading change management initiatives related to workspace transformation

Travel Percentage: 40%
