You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailLead the development and execution of Strykers global workplace design strategy to foster a flexible inclusive and agile work culture
Oversee design projects from concept to post-occupancy evaluation across multiple global locations ensuring alignment with the Stryker Workplace Design Guidelines
Direct internal and external design teams to deliver innovative purpose-driven workspaces that align with brand values and business goals
Use data from surveys workplace studies and analytics to guide design decisions and continuously optimize space utilization.
Coordinate with Strykers Construction PMO team on project work to ensure adherence to project timelines budgets and quality standards
Collaborate cross-functionally with HR IT EHS Security and other corporate functions to ensure cohesive and inclusive project planning
Work with Stryker Real Estate & Facilities team to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of workplace initiatives
Support management efforts communicating the purpose and benefits of workplace transitions to employees
Bachelors or graduate degree in Architecture Interior Design Business or a related field
Minimum of 8 years experience in workplace design corporate real estate or facilities management
Proven success designing and implementing activity-based and flexible work environments
Strong leadership skills in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex global projects
Experience with workplace analytics and using data to inform design decisions
Knowledge of corporate construction management practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Relevant industry certifications or licenses (e.g. LEED WELL NCIDQ)
Experience leading change management initiatives related to workspace transformation
