ABOUT THE ROLE


We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join our growing Sales team at Power Factors. This team is at the forefront of driving business growth. As a member of the team you will be exposed to various functions of the business including CRM operation Sales support material and enablement contribution to client interactions providing you with a unique and exciting opportunity to learn and grow in your career. You will work closely with senior leadership gaining exposure to customer interactions and interface to internal teams such as Technical Sales Operations Delivery and Finance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The work will involve supporting our sales team by accurately inputtingupdatingandmaintainingdataon standard and custom objects throughoutthewholesales cycle
  • Help maintain CRM data hygiene and accuracy ensuring sales pipeline data is up-to-date and actionable
  • Assisting in processing and validating sales bookings to ensure completeness and compliance with our internal processes provide tool and system support to the teamto make sure they close deals more efficiently andprogress withpost-sale project initiation
  • Adoptastructured and disciplined approach to tracking activitymonitoringpipelineand forecastingaccuracyand ensure deal progression
  • Working collaboratively with the sales team tofacilitateaccount management andaccuratequote processing
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams toidentifybottlenecks in the sales cycle and processes and suggestimprovements tothe aboveprocedures
  • Handling ad-hoc projects and initiatives asrequired
  • Participating in testing implementation and optimization of new Salesforce functionalities
  • Implementing best practices formaintainingdata quality and enhancing toolsefficiency

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Data Analyticsor related field
  • Experience working with Salesforceis a must familiaritywith reporting dashboards CPQ or PowerBI experience will be considered a plus
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales Sales operationsdata entryor a similar analytical role
  • Proficiencyin English isa mustfor effective communication with team members and clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and attention to detail
  • Curiosity and a can-do mentality to tackle tasks and cross-functional projects
  • Ability to work independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal stakeholders and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Schedule flexibility for occasional work / meetings with international teams
