Supply Chain Systems Administrator
Findlay OH area - 100% remote position!
Salary dependent on education and experience

Collaborate with supply chain staff across multiple locations to understand workflows gather requirements and configure supply chain modules within the ERP system.
Engage with key users to expand knowledge across financial and operational modules of the ERP system.
Coordinate EDI system activities including onboarding new customers maintaining communication channels and resolving issues.
Post-implementation ensure high end-user engagement manage software updates and maintain system functionality and user security.
Support the production environment to ensure seamless system availability for all users.
Assist in the deployment configuration upgrade and monitoring of the ERP system in various environments.
Work with end users to ascertain reporting requirements and collaborate with developers on creating functional design documentation.
Identify and communicate opportunities for process and system improvements.
REQUIREMENTS for the Supply Chain Systems Administrator:
1. High School Diploma; college degree preferred
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain and warehouse management systems
3. Experience working with ERP systems
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills
5. Willingness to travel up 25-50% as needed for deployment and implementation
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word PowerPoint Excel Visio and Outlook
