Summary
Perform such routine and special work as assigned by the Building Principal/Director.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Receptionist greet and take care of students teachers and parents.
2. Answer telephone taking messages.
3. Assisting with monthly communication with students families and staff.
4. Accounting: coding tracking ordering checking in and inventory of all building furniture materials and supplies.
5. Utilizing computers and district programs to facilitate building management issues.
6. Keep payroll information and monthly payroll reports.
7. School inventory.
8. Bookkeeping.
9 Nursing/First Aid when nurse is not in the building.
Minimum Requirements:
Education
-High School Diploma/GED
-Background in business educaion courses preferred
-Some college education and/or prior secretarial experience preferred
Knowledge
-Basic office skills/computer/bookkeeping
-Business English
-Computer programs( Word Excel Publisher)
-First Aid
Skills
-Ability to prioritize tasks
-People/children skills
-Organizational skils
-Typing word processing electronic filing digital camera scanning etc.
-Telephone
Physical Requirements
