HB Build is a team of design-obsessed workplace creators rethinking the way to build better. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Market Development Manager to join our team in the Seattle market to carry the flag for our established brand in a new market. This role requires a self-starting individual who is highly skilled in balancing autonomy and collaboration. The successful candidate will leverage local connections to generate new business opportunities and support our existing clients and partners ( including but not limited to: Commercial Real Estate Brokers Project Managers Architects Interior Designers and General Contractors) in understanding and embracing HB Builds unique value proposition.

Physical Demands
While performing job duties the candidate must regularly speak with others and listen. Sits during driving and stands during sales meetings. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Must be able to have specific vision capabilities such as close vision color vision perception and ability to adjust focus.
