Modivcare is looking for an experienced Customer Advocate Lead to join our team. This position is responsible for ensuring timely transportation services for Medicaid recipients through effective oversight and relationship management with subcontracted providers.
This role
Ensures enforcement of all contract regulations pertaining to transportation providers.
Oversees the trip assignment process and supports the Customer Advocate teams.
Develops alternative transportation options such as public transit recipient reimbursement or volunteer driver systems.
Assists with driver training and inspection programs.
Partners with transportation providers and healthcare facilities to address and resolve issues.
Assists in managing and supporting office staff in delivering excellent customer service.
Maintains open lines of communication with team members company representatives facilities carriers and local and state authorities.
Participates in other projects or duties as assigned.
We are interested in speaking with individuals with the following
High School Diploma required.
Four (4) plus years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Familiarity with Medicaid guidelines and covered services.
Knowledge of non-emergency transportation services is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly customer-focused demeanor.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
Strong active listening organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle high phone volumes with professionalism.
Positive enthusiastic attitude with a sincere commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
Salary: $21.64 - 29.21
