Job Description
Outcomes
- Gather and perform all required finished product testing properly and within all required sample periods.
- Perform all raw product inspections in a timely manner.
- Complete hourly verifications proficiently and report any out of specification results to Production and Quality Management.
- Perform weekly GMP compliance checks.
- Participate in solving quality and food safety issues.
- Collect and label all required samples correctly and according to aseptic techniques.
- Provide quality and production paperwork when requested and understand Stahlbushs SBS system.
- Legibly complete all required documentation.
- Maintain all QA equipment and work areas.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Comply with GMPs and adhere to hygienic zoning practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Science background preferred. Will accept any combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities
- Experience in Quality Assurance food science or hands-on lab preferred but not required.
- Must be detail-oriented with very strong math ability.
- Works under direct supervision of QA Lab Lead QA Lab Supervisor or QA Lab Manager.
- Training Monday - Friday 6 am - 2 pm. Then transition to Thursday - Saturday 6 am - 6 pm.
