Cremanski & Company is a fast-growing consultancy helping startups and scaleups in Europe to streamline and optimize their Sales Marketing and Customer Success processes. Our goal is to drive efficiency growth and data-driven decision-making.
We are now looking for an experienced Solution Architect who is ready to lead complex Salesforce implementations build scalable solutions and collaborate closely with clients especially across Europe.
This position is remote-friendly and were especially welcoming candidates based in Spain.
Your mission
Design scalable custom Salesforce solutions for diverse business cases.
Lead workshops with clients understand needs translate them into technical concepts.
Architect system designs integrations and long-term scalable CRM structures.
Collaborate with internal consultants and project managers during the full project lifecycle.
Act as a technical expert and mentor to the internal consulting team.
Be part of pre-sales activities and contribute to our technical vision.
Your profile
At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or equivalent.
You hold Salesforce Admin certification ideally more (Sales Cloud Service Cloud CPQ...).
Strong technical understanding of APIs data models CRM logic.
Youre proactive curious and thrive in a collaborative team.
Fluent in English (Spanish or German is a plus but not required).
