Position Summary:

We are seeking a Client Acquisition Specialist with strong dealership experience to join our dynamic sales and customer engagement team. This role is focused on generating nurturing and converting leads into loyal clients by leveraging CRM tools outbound communication and dealership expertise. Youll play a key role in growing the customer base across our multiple locations while supporting sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage prospective customers via phone email text and in-person interactions.
  • Utilize dealership CRM and call tracking systems to manage lead pipelines and follow-ups effectively.
  • Develop targeted outreach strategies based on dealership promotions seasonal trends and inventory changes.
  • Schedule appointments test drives and consultations while maintaining high-quality customer service.
  • Track and report on acquisition metrics including call volume conversion rates and follow-up success.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of current vehicle inventory financing options and manufacturer incentives.
  • Collaborate on customer retention and referral programs.
  • Participate in regular training to stay updated on best practices and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • 1 years of automotive dealership experience required preferably in sales BDC or client relations.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and build customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication persuasion and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g. VinSolutions).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated results-driven and comfortable with phone-based outreach.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
