Job Description
Analytica is seeking a Business Intelligence / Analytics Developer to support one or more dynamic long-term federal government enterprise data programs for the Defense Health Agency.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Military Health System (MHS) by analyzing complex datasets developing reports and enabling data-driven decision-making to improve healthcare quality readiness and operational efficiency
- Create impactful data visualizations and dashboards that drive decision-making across the Military Health System (MHS). As a Data Visualization Developer you will transform complex datasets into intuitive actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels.
- Design and develop dashboards reports and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into visualization solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy consistency and accessibility across all visualizations.
- Optimize data pipelines and workflows to support real-time reporting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data integration and visualization issues.
- Provide training and documentation to stakeholders on dashboard usage and interpretation.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Analytics or related field.
- 5 years of experience in data visualization and dashboard development.
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau Power BI or QlikView; strong knowledge of SQL Python or R; ability to present complex data in a user-friendly format.
- Must possess or be eligible for a SECRET clearance
- Familiarity with Defense Department Data Sources; experience in healthcare analytics
