Client Services Professional

What does a successful Client Services Professional do

In this role you are the day-to-day client experience partner for financial institution clients. You are accountable for being the first-line support representative servicing all their tactical and operational inquiries related to the clients credit card program and solution to an optimal conclusion. You will leverage your deep understanding of financial services to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients ensuring their success and satisfaction.

What you will do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for credit clients providing operational servicing support and issue resolution for their credit card solution as well as its complementary products and services.
  • Facilitate client requests for additional products and services.
  • Act as a liaison between the client and Fiserv internal partners for product enhancement defects and implementation requests.
  • Schedule and lead meetings with both client partners and internal Fiserv colleagues to provide status updates drive issue resolution and build strong relationships.
  • Communicate transparently with stakeholders and bring escalations to leadership as required.
  • Research and resolve client inquiries in accordance with defined processes procedures and within service level timeframes.
  • Service clients through multiple communication channels and distribution channels.
  • Document the entire lifecycle of inquiries through action taken in tracking software.

What you will need to have:

  • Bachelors degree in business finance technology or a related field; equivalent work experience may be substituted and/or equivalent military experience.
  • 3 years of experience in financial services operations.
  • 3 years of experience in client support and issue resolution.
  • 3 years of experience using MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

  • 3 years of experience in credit card processing.
  • Experience in creating training materials and knowledge articles.
  • Strong sense of accountability and commitment to team improvement.
  • Effective problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering excellent client experiences.
  • Ability to manage rapid change in a fast-paced environment.
