Job Description

The Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) organization is looking for an experienced product manager to build GREFs online presence to support Amazonians in their daily workplace experience. GREF is responsible for Amazons corporate office portfolio creating the spaces that inspire Amazonians to make history. The globally diverse team manages Amazons corporate offices in more than 60 countries. GREF provides real estate transactions expertise business partnering space and occupancy planning design and construction capital investment program management facility maintenance and operations all contributing to the employee experience and leveraging places and programs to enable culture to thrive at Amazon. Within GREF the Digital Workplace Experience team establishes and builds all mechanisms and tools for digital products that enhance the workplace experience for Amazonians.

In this role you will have the opportunity to lead the end-to-end product vision and development for GREFs internal online presence specifically with designing how Amazonians get the resources and support they need throughout their workday. In close collaboration with tech teams and UX design you will drive software product strategy collaborate cross-functionally to develop and launch new product(s) and maintain ownership over product requirements backlog and planning. This high visibility role will impact the success of the GREF organization and directly impact employees across the company. The position requires strong customer centric strategic planning analytical skills problem solving and excellent communication skills.

This product manager will lead with curiosity and work collaboratively to invent new simple tools that solve problems across complex systems and delight customers with ease of use. They will dive deep into the overall workplace experience and have a keen understanding of how the digital experience complements the physical. They will work cross-functionally to define north star visions of how the digital experience can enhance the employee experience. A track record of delivering results in a fast paced dynamic environment is a must. Being self-driven adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities is a key to success. This role is a great fit for someone who is sensitive to the diverse perspectives of stakeholders and works with them to resolve differences.


Key job responsibilities
Set vision for Amazons online support model
Develop differentiated product strategy vision and roadmap
Work collaboratively with Engineering UI/UX on product definition and features implementation
Work closely with all stakeholders to define and optimize the launch plan for new product(s)
Establish metrics and key performance indicators for success
Develop product and solution requirements working backwards from the customer


- 5 years of product or program management product marketing business development or technology experience
- Bachelors degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

- MBA
- Experience in project management methodologies business analysis or process improvement
- Technical fluency comfortable discussing technical solutions understanding their business implication and identifying alternatives with technology teams.
- Strong data analysis skills; the ability to extract and synthesize data in order to make data-backed business decisions
