Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Project Management Specialists to join our Supply Chain Change Management team in Everett WA.

We are looking for dynamic candidates with a positive attitude critical thinking with Project Management and strong analytical skills. Position requires a team player with self-starter drive to collaborate side by side with our Program Change Management organizations and the Supply Chain community to incorporate change and parts planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions. The Supply Chain Change Management (SCCM) / Project Management Specialist will support and assist with managing change activities and represents the Supply Chain to the Change Board.

Candidate will assist with development and maintenance of change incorporation plans by coordinating with Supply Chain to identify relevant tasks and constraints and acquire schedule commitments. Will work cross-functionally with all roles involved in the Production System for completion of successful change commitments from external partners and suppliers (Supply Chain Operations Contracts Materials Management Factory Program Change Board Engineering etc.). Helps negotiates between organizations to develop incorporation plans and integrated schedules supporting the change commitment process. Monitors and ensures compliance with external supplier commitment plans and schedules and reports on status. Interfaces with program management product design contracts tooling manufacturing engineering quality assurance component suppliers assemblers and product support to develop and maintain configuration incorporation plans and integrated schedules.

Position Responsibilities:

• Supports preparation development coordination scheduling and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.
• in maintaining analyzing and producing metrics related to plans.
• Assists more experienced personnel with risk assessments developing mitigation plan and refining the business case.
• Develops collects organizes and provides data updates task to maintain status of programs schedule customer and supplier commitments and compliance.
• Coordinates document work statements and resulting schedules. Identifies and provide reports on performance variances project status change information to project team.
• Communicates plan changes and recovery plans to ensure commitment to stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

• 1 years of experience managing projects
• 1 years of experience leading workshops and working sessions
• 1 years of experience utilizing automated scheduling tools (i.e. OPP MS Project Primavera or Artemis etc.)
• 1 years of experience in Risk Management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

• Bachelors Degree or Advanced Degree
• 3 years of experience demonstrating exceptional business analytical and problem-solving skills
• 3 years of experience in Microsoft Office products
• Project management certification (PMP PMI PMBOK PMBP etc.)
