Job Summary
The Property & Facilities procurement Category Manager will lead the sourcing and Procurement strategy for a wide range of Property & Facilities Centre of procurement excellence. Procurement categories covering: Projects Compliance Reactive Energy Facilities Environmental Net zero waste & washroom Security Catering & Cleaning Textile recycling Governance total facilities management Clinical Waste/Nursing.
Responsible for one Category Specialist with depth of market expertise in order to support and advise senior stakeholders across the range of category business functions. Develop and execute category plans that achieve The Salvation Armys (TSA) objectives achieving the best value for TSA whilst managing procurement risk.

Note: This is a 1-year maternity leave coverage with a start date of May 20 2025 and an end date of May 19 2026.
Compensation:
The target hiring range for this position is $58477.54 to $73096.93 with a maximum of $87716.32.Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions internal equity and candidate experience skills and qualifications relevant to the role.
